Anyone living in Cyprus knows that using mobile phones, having children on the
front seats, passing through on red light is not only a serious offense but would end you up paying fines of hundreds of euros per month.
The police know our roads and cities are overpopulated and they solved the problem of having people getting stuck in the middle of a junction, while Red turned on, by delaying the Green in the other direction by about 20 seconds.
