Do you think that a serious commentator will unreservedly recommend for investement ? Yes, it has a huge potential but has run out of money.

If I may Miltiades, I wouldn’t worry about debt to mkt cap...the debt is already discounted from it. You need to look closely at debt to income and have a view of how serviceable the debt is.
