It seems that Turkey sells her Citizenship as well. Still a better value, Cyprus is, although it can cost more.

In any case, Turkey is attractive to Pakistanis (and the Chinese). It will not surprise me if the richest and most influential arms and drug dealers will find themselves crowded out a bit from the new comers this incentive offers, location being everything in these affairs.
