Jerry, I have never believed that water was coming from Turkey via the pipe as I have never seen any credible evidence that it did. Turkey trumpeted such achievements before the water was piped, but once the date arrived, I never saw any credible evidence that it actually arrived, other than some water pouring out of some generic pipe into some field with couple of people around. Where was the Grand welcoming of the water from Turkey with huge celebrations?

Kikapu you are full of shit. Stop it man. The Greeks love you anyway so no need to overplay your hand my friend. The water is really coming from across the water and you know that as well as I do. To keep coming out with such shit isn't going to make you anymore popular amongst the Greeks than you already are so stick to the facts.

Rest assured you are the Greeks favourite Turk on the forum and nobody can challenge you for that position so no need to keep buttering their bread

I am stating what I have not seen, which is any official convincing footage of water flowing to the north from Turkey. Perhaps you can provide footage of full reservoirs with water flowing from Turkey.

Kikapu, we are talking about a pipe. Such pipes can be created over far longer distances. So why doubt this? I don't know where exactly they keep the water, but I assume that if you look at Google Earth and compare older satellite photos with new ones, you should be able to see a large body of water in a place where such water didn't exist before.

Correct, but how would that help Turkey? The whole point is for Turkey to have the power to cut the water to the pseudo-state any time they choose. So this project is yet another string that Turkey has on the TCs so she can make them dance to her tune like puppets.

I am not doubting that the pipes were laid. I just haven't seen much convincing that water has been flowing to the north. For the first few months all we heard was that water from Turkey was being allowed to flow into the sea due to some technicality, and since, heard nothing more until what Jerry wrote. I would be very happy for Mr.M to provide some pictures of the full dams and flowing water since he is often in the north.

Lately, Turkey has been having water shortages itself, so I don't know if they have enough water to send to the north even if they could.

Must be this: https://www.google.com/maps/@35.3263271 ... a=!3m1!1e3

From 2015 and earlier this dam seems to have much less water compared to 2016 and later.

This seems to be an official ceremony back in October 2015 with the arrival of the water. Towards the end of the 3 minute video, there's a large amount of water being released from a dam it seems, then you see what appears to be the actual water from Turkey coming out of a pipe the size of fireman's hose with balloons released by it. Is this the amount of water coming from Turkey?

Why do we need these ambiguous maps and videos? :x

Can someone go there and tell us what's happening?

Perhaps Mr.M should provide some evidence next time he is in the north as he is the great defender of water coming from Turkey.

There you go Kikapodlous. By coincidence I happen to be in Cyprus and here I am personally holding the hose that you doubt is bringing us the water
