Those are properties of what's expected of a "God" but God's composition can be something we know nothing about.... magic dust even... who knows.

As much I'm fascinated by the bible I'm not convinced yet that it's the word of God... I haven't reached a conclusion yet.
I also don't believe in a personal God that helps people out through prayer etc, because I haven't seen any evidence of God intervening.
