Sorry to divert your thread, Milti.

Can you give me some idea what it would cost approximately per month for one person in their 60‘s to live in Cyprus renting 2 bedroom flat fairly close to the coast, but not on it, food, health care, running a car, insurance and so on? Thanks.

No sure about renting a flat but estimate between 500-700 per month.
I survive nicely without using my savings, just on my state and private pensions, on about 1600 euros, no rent, but I run a thirsty car. I rarely go to restaurants, only now and again. I find that 1600 is sufficient for my needs, fishing, food and wine.

Blimey Milti. Given you’re a (double!) millionaire, you could throw in the occasional blonde - or two. Can’t take it with you/pockets in shrouds and all that sort of thing. 8)

He probably sells his weekly supply of Viagra in the black market...

Talking about viagra, since Im somehow susceptible to an alergy or two, I have accumulated a good supply of the ....hard staff!!
My allergic reaction extends far beyond the ...hard staff, it includes the use of a commonly known prophylactic, so I avoid temptation . Anxiously looking for a ....blond , any size tits will do !!!!!
Back to the cost of living in Cyprus, I find that 370 euros per week is adequate for my needs. I do not like pretentious " needs" I do not pay 400 euros for a pair of average shoes neither do I consider so called " designer labels" as anything other than a fucking con. I have a cleaner once a week costing me 25 euros, I keep my appartment in generally good condition so a couple of hours by a cleaner its all it needs. May I also add that I do not visit ....brothels, casinos and such. Fishing is my passion now it goes rather well with my alcohol consumption !!
I will
