No Ø is only used in danish I think in swedish its like this Ö
Æ is also only used in DK I think.
Å is used by everyone.

Read and speak: Slovak (very similar to Czech), English, many years ago Russian too
Basic phrazes and sentences: French, German
prepared to learn greek :) 8)
