OBSERVATIONS OF ΤΗΕ BLUE MOON
This month started with a Full Moon, and March is long enough for a second Full Moon to occur. This second Full Moon is known as Blue Moon. It is a rare event as it is the second Blue Moon during a year. In average, such a phenomenon occurs once every 20 years. Save the date March 31st and book in advance to attend the special family program about the Blue Moon. You will be able to observe this interesting phenomenon with our large telescopes.
