I've responded to Pyrpolizer in what I think is a reasonable manner. Where am I hounding you? He said that people on CF will make their own minds up. I agree. I only pointed out a few who have apparently already done so. Most of my reply had nothing to do with you. Calm down.

A quick inventory of electrical stuff around my house shows about 80% made in China. They've undercut almost everyone and dumped vast amounts of goods, as their trade surplus grows ever larger.

As an example of the situation. American cars in China can cost double their price in the US, due to import taxes, so only 5% of vehicles there are foreign. In the US, where taxes are much lower, it's 25% imported cars. In the US that's a hell of a lot of cars, of course.

Isn't this one of the things Trump campaigned on?
