Do you really want Cyprus to end up being like New York and Dubai?
I love both New York and Dubai. They are great but it isn't for Cyprus. If you have this level of development in Cyprus, then Cyprus has lost its real beauty and Cypriotness forever.
There are too many people in both New York and Dubai. It will not be great for the environment or the Cypriot way of life.
More than 80% of the Dubai population is also foreign with most being from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
