'Sleep Centre' in Limassol who did some tests. The results I took back to Limassol General and the doctor prescribed a CPAP machine. I have used this now for maybe 12 months and it definitely helps for a better nights sleep ...... but it does take some getting used to!
If you do nothing ..... it leads to high blood pressure, low blood oxygen as well as a lack of sound, uninterrupted sleep and it can actually kill you!
