I am an Asian married to a Brit and a holder of the yellow slip (residence visa) which will expire in 2019. We left Cyprus and relocated to UK. Can I use my yellow slip for re-entry to Cyprus?

I understand Residence Permits expire if one is away for more than three months: if you have been away for more than that time you may have problems. However if you are travelling with your husband you should be able to get an EEA family permit (which is Free ). Check the various government websites and with the High Commission in London.
