How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

BBF

Does Bi-zonal Bi-communal Federation exist/ed on any other country. Or we would be used as guinea pigs? :? What is the most similar system to BBF that exists today in a country?

No.

Or we would be used as guinea pigs?

something like that

What is the most similar system to BBF that exists today in a country?

This depends on how one realizes BBF. Since such thing does not exist anywhere else people give to it different meanings.

BBF is basically a Federation like USA but instead of having 52 states we have 2 (bi-zonal), one with a GC majority and one with a TC majority (bi-communal).

Unfortunately what we have been proposed so far ranges from BBC (bi-zonal, bi-communal, Confederation) to BBA (bi-zonal, bi-communal, Association) to DP (Disguised Partition)

BBF is what we have agreed and it should obviously be based on the universal principles of human rights and democracy, taking the lead of the other EU countries and the USA federation as an example.

How was this BBF conceived then? Who thought of this thing for Cyprus?

Basically it was a huge compomise that Makarios made in order to end the occupation.

However TCs kept asking for more and more, and the BBF agreed then has nothing to do with the disquised partition they demand now.

It exists in the Republic of Macedonia between alanians and macedonians.
Serbia and Montenegro. Belgium is a bizonal and a bicommunal state too. Past examples are Czocoslovakia, the Austro-Hungarian empire.

BBF are not very common because they are very unstable and usually have short lifetimes. Either they break up in two seperate states, or the smaller component state gets assimilated and integrated into the bigger, thus the federation becoming a unitary state.

I have no doubt that the resolution of the Cypriot problem in the long run will result in either of these two diametrically opposed eventualities.

Are Albanians(sic) allowed to live anywhere in the bizonal state or are there restrictions on their rights as proposed in the A-plan?

Most analysis I have read on the A-plan lead me to believe that the A-plan resembles nothing that has existed before. Maybe south african apartheid or segregation.

I don't think the cypriots would be guinea pigs I think we are more like a frog's random body parts in pickle jars.
