You could complain to the Cyprus Bar, but tbh, that's not going to help you just for poor service.
You could alternatively terminate this lawyer and seek another, but he will charge you and you may have to start the process all over again.
Your best bet, if possible would be to come to Cyprus and pester him at his offices until it's all done. You need probate to make a sale, do you have a buyer waiting?? If not, once probate gets done, settle up and take your file away to an other lawyer where you may have more success.
Sorry you are facing this, but lawyers in Cyprus, IMHO, are a waste of F skin, are a lw unto themselves and cause more problems than they solve. Good luck.
