I have had a couple of chartered accountant quotes for registering a company, the highest figure being Euro 1500.
Can anyone tell me the actual fee companies house charge and can one apply in person or must one go through an accountant, lawyer or other suitably qualified party?
It's a DIY tenner in the UK!
