This is what happens when Turkey wants to play Russia against USA so that she can benefit from both sides, but the danger is that she can also lose from both sides when playing the role of a whore.

And the best thing of all, is that Greece's Typhoon program is going ahead with full steam. they are going to double their order to 40 now, 24 of which are brand spanking new aircraft.

And, it also looks like Greece may order 24 F-35s. Small number yes but what usually happens is that they will continue to order more Typhoons and F-35s as funds become available. They are expensive planes, especially the F-35.

So the way things are panning out, a few years ago we were fearing turkey was looking to unsurp Greece in air superiority over the Aegean. it looks like Greece now will have the edge over Turkey with its Typhoons and hopefully F-35s also to come.

But what is interesting and Ill be looking at closely is what happens to the Russian S300 Cyprus bought and are in Greece. Or whether Lockheed will have concerns with Turkish S400s on the Turkish coast.

Turkey's gamble appears to have backfired though.

Greece needs to also buy a small number of EW-18G

That's the S400 killer. We have concerns over S400 as Indonesia has them hence why we got EW-18G. Just 12 would do and be enough to cause Turkey some massive concerns as suddenly their S400 is obsolete.

Those are the things that are the big game changers.

Time for Greece to go shopping. :D

All of Turkey's foreign policy gambles have backfired. She is left without friends and a battered economy.

What is interesting is why the US didnt sell them the patriot system. Instead, some NATO allies decided to station them on loan and under their control. I think they understood that Turkey was duplicitous. Whatever they sell her, runs to risk of getting turned on them in the future.

One s400 system is not really enough to provide air defense for a country the size of Turkey.

Admittedly, I am not that knowledgeable on such things but I would imagine that the s300 is not as capable as the s400 to be much of a concern..

Turkey wanted technology transfer and joint production on the Patriot, which is the reason why it was not so sold toTurkey. Yes, turn over tech info perfected over the last 70 years to Turkey for free and allow them to produce it too.

Supposedly Russia agreed to those terms with the S-400. I doubt Russia has. Perhaps on “how to change the oil” on the missiles every 6 months is as far as Russia would go. Besides, Russia sold Turkey the inferior version of the S-400 as they don’t trust Turkey either so not let NATO access to their advanced S-400’s.

I'm predicting the conviction will be overturned by the supreme court.

The reason why is because his trial got hijacked by the media and BLM. His trial was not fair.

In addition, looking at all the expert opinions from America's top lawyers. All said, that the verdict is flawed because there is reasonable doubts. He isn't guilty of murder and likely not guilty of manslaughter. Floyd had many health issues which contributed to his death.

We have also seen bogus show trials like this in Australia. The trial of Cardinal Pell for instance. he was found guilty and sent to prison. The Federal Courts overturned his conviction.

Not a chance.

TV channels and papers made all kinds of comments during the trial, so what’s one more?

In any case, any appeal would be based on the legal merits in the courtroom and not comments made outside the courtroom.

Still got the appeals process and these trials are not before a jury but supreme judges.

They will look at whether all the merits of the trial were taken into consideration by the jury.

I've see this before.

Wishful thinking.

Floyd’s health issue has nothing to do by him dying through suffocation under the knee of Chauvin and the weight of the other 2 officers.

Moments earlier Floyd was doing just fine despite what ever health issues he had.

What’s next, a suspect dying from unwarranted police bullets is not a murder because the suspect had terminal lung cancer?

There is no defense for these cunt cops and no justification what they did to Floyd for 9 minutes and 29 seconds. Absolutely none.

If you let these criminals murder a suspect in broad daylight and get away with it, it will only get worse.

Right, makes sense now.

Turkey wanted to buy one then the US was supposed to let her make as many as she wants.

There is always some unrealistic expectation when dealing with he Turks.
