Oh, that is an easy one to explain.

America was built as an open door policy against minorities with Violence, Slavery, Human Rights violations, Democratic Rights violations and so on that has always favored the whites in the past, the present and in the future, regardless how low the numbers of the whites will get in the coming years. If it wasn’t for the written laws to protect minorities which afford them some protection, there would be more abuses against them, just like how the white cops behave against the blacks just because police have protections in the books with “qualified immunity”, which they have been getting away with murder for a very long time. In America there is no such thing called “colour blindness”, as claimed.
