what did America gain yesterday with this ruling by the SC which was fought for it the last 50 years by these brain dead Americans?

I think I understand both side of the debate.

I tend to gravitate towards pro-choice, its always better to have a choice. But some would say, you should choose to use contraceptives instead.

On the other hand, with abortion, you are killing another human being. I dont care how you try and spin it, it is a baby, another human life, that doesnt have a voice, that is essentially being murdered.

Pro-choicers usually try to dehumanize the baby to justify why they should have a right to abortion.

You need to stop taking those estrogen pills as you are getting too emotional before you start growing a pair of mammary glands which then you might be asked by the anti abortion nutcases to become a surrogate mother to feed the baby who was a “forced birth”!

By the way, if the women in the USA are going to be forced to give birth to a baby they did not intend to get pregnant with in the first place due to many reasons, including failed contraceptives, then would it not also be fair to chemically castrate the men who got the woman pregnant in the first place so that he can no longer get any other woman pregnant “accidentally”?

One more thing, the abortion issue has never been about a moral issues to save babies by the anti abortion nutcases. It has always been about politics.

Abortion is not illegal in America.. todays Supreme Court ruling overturning roe v wade only says the federal government is out of the business of regulating abortions.. the state (all 50 of them) can decide for themselves how to regulate abortions.. all states will have abortions but regulated like they want..

Well, it will be illegal in half the country very soon since those wishing to have an abortion will be denied in those states where it will be illegal as the law of the land on abortion is now removed by the Supreme Court.

Morality is what they gained.

They made it harder to murder so willy nilly late term fetuses.
