Sense of humour is a virtue that can only be acquired by those who can also laugh at themselves, it can not be learned from text books neither can it be taught. You either have it or like our two friends you dont.
Being able to read between the lines enchances your sense of houmour as my .....dear friend ....GR has on occasions displayed. I laugh at my self practically every day, never on a Sunday though. Im extremely lucky that I have both of these virtuous and also lucky that I have an abundance of ....charm and charisma, never take my self seriously and not the least pretentious. What you see is what you get. My separation from my current wife was my choice, I had to prioritise my commitments and also preserve my independence coupled with one or two other issues that must remain, for now, private. Im having the time of my life right now in Cyprus, never been happier or so contended.
I have three gorgeous grandchildren that fill my life with so much joy as well as numerous nieces, nephews and close relatives.
Will soon discover that " frivolity" does pay off, knowing what you want in life makes you happier.
To the two Plonkers, I say, get a life.
