What do you do to hire thousands and solve problems of millionaires ?

...i have hired thousands, twenty, or two hundred at a time; i am a builder, a mitigator, and i started as a labourer, i am self taught on many subjects and i took the time to go to school too. As a young man i worked in restaurants, from cleaner to cook, i put myself through school that way, working at night, working in the day, for many years i had no social life to say the least.

...find something that you enjoy doing, you may decide it is worthwhile doing for a long time.

(3) Being Innovative, taking risks and having good luck (for every success you hear about there are 100 failures you never heard of) (4) Criminal activities (but there is more chance to end up dead or in jail than becoming rich)... or even a combination of 2 or more of these. So lets see about your case: You are not 1. because if you were you wouldn't be asking this question. You are not 2. because you just have a high school diploma. So it leaves you with 3 or 4, both of which have much higher chance of ending badly for you than making you rich, especially in your case because to be honest you don't seem very smart.

My advice: Forget the Ferraris and all that and put some small aims for your life. E.g. Aim 1: Get a job based on the skills you have now. Aim 2: Study in the evenings so you can get a college degree in the next 4-5 years in something that you are interested in. Aim 3: Get a better job based on your new skills. etc. This way by the time you are 40 you might not be super rich, but you will be a respected person. If all you can think of is how to get rich fast, then 99.9999% not only you will not get rich, but you will end up a big loser at best, in jail or dead at the very worst.

Why dont i seem very smart?

One of the reasons: Because of the question you are asking. If you cared to get a top paying job then you should have worked your ass off in school, get top grades, get career advice from professionals, get into a good university for a degree, then maybe also get some postgraduate diploma. Then you will have the skills to be hired at a good company with a good salary. And if you work hard there also, then you could advance your carrer and earn more and more. There are 2 things that can make you money: Skills and capital (money) and preferably a combination of both. If you have some capital and you invest it correctly (which takes some skills) then your money can multiply. If you don't have much in terms of an initial capital then you need to be highly qualified, so those who have money will hire you and give you a lot of money because they need your skills. From what I understand you have neither an initial capital, nor much in terms of skills. The only other (legal) way would be some great innovative idea for a new venture and a solid plan on how to make it work. But if any of us had such a great idea we would have done it ourselves, why would we say it to you?

Tim Drayton wrote:The whole strategy of picking a person who became rich and then setting out to emulate them is flawed, in my view. I mean, whatever dislexic Harry Redknapp did in football to make his fortune, if you set out to do the same you would probably fail because he succeeded in part because of his particular personality, skill set, knowledge and experience, and partly just out of luck because he had the right breaks at the right time. The vast majority of new businesses fail in their first few years, but a tiny number of them flourish and go on to make their owners super rich. There is no guaranteed route to richness, I am afraid.

I dont want to do anything in football

I just want to start my own business and go from broke to rich in Cyprus?

Is this soo impossible to do here?

I want start a business like

Custompc.com
Or
Singular .com.cy
Or
Stephanis
Or have an
Internet cafe
Or
A tech shop for repairs of computers and phones
And many other tech related businesses

BUT

Ihave no clew how to go about it

From the businesses you mentioned the only major one is Stephanis, which started small in 1960. It took Stephanis many decades to get where it is today. The company was started by the father who has now retired and it is now run by his son. So how Stephanis got where it is today: Decades of work, possibly some invested capital to expand the operations. The rest of the businesses you mentioned are small potatoes. You think that those who have some computer shop or Internet cafe can afford Ferraris etc?

I always had faith in Cuba, Fidel after all means "faith", I worked very hard to bring about a similar level of enlightenment in Britain, it was working, and still is, Jeremey is elected, the problem is I did it from the perspective of a King Wen, who in Taoist tradition ruled in such a way that the people never even knew he was ruling, this has reached its peak of plausibility, I live like a Tory, and so the Tories are ahead, how can I live like Jeremy while working? If I start publishing my diaries then I can live like Tony Benn, that is no use either, however sacrificing my great education, I will get a job in MacDonald's, hopefully I will be able to combine it with faith, thank you.

GR have you thought about making a search engine? I have a good idea for how to make one that would be superior to Google. Perhaps we could talk about it?

To whet your appetite I'm going to give you two options, one is a politically correct search engine that tows the party line and another is a fully democratic search engine that allows you to explore your own political correctness. Both would be an interesting project, of course some countries may wish to place restrictions. What do you think?
