No, you can eat in too. The restaurant is on Grivas Digeni. When you go towards the highway, it is on your left side about 200 meters after Pizza Mia.

Oh, and it seems that I am the only one not checking bills. :) As much as I would like to, I simply don't care enough. There are only a handful of places where I eat and my bills there are always around the same.

there is no real chinese food in Cyprus
Pagoda is the best but the taste just soso...
