Given the amount of interest, discussion and even (IIRC) argument about his life and death earlier I would have thought the announcement that he left this mortal coil due to (boring) natural causes would have brought a certain - closure.

You're probably right though. It just distracted people from important matters - like Bicephalic beasts.

I must confess I was very sad when George died, I had wanted to heal him, particularly because according to Google and Big Data, he was the main obstacle to me getting a girlfriend, I felt he was overshadowing me, not physically, but in reputation, and for that I was very angry
