Turkiye and Greece want a Federal deal for Cyprus for the "return" of a Complete Shared island, a voice and Legal vote via us TCs and GCs in ALL Decisions affecting the island, and also for the entire island of Cyprus's present and future energy Gas resources to be filtered and channelled via Turkey and then Greece to Europe. If it were a simple divide then it would have happened many years ago. Plus, this new Liquid Gas find in Cyprus isn't a newly found resources - the bigger boys have no doubt known about it for decades. Greece and Turkey will earn big from it!

Nobody here is interested in sharing anything with an Ottoman remnant minority any more than Turkey is willing to share anything with 12 million Kurds.
