Park is clearly a man. Earlier I saw dms for one. Atleast hunter had an image of a lady. Its just I don't want to make mistake and offend anybody, thats all !

Never been to Cyprus, but it is one of my destination to spend time near beach in JAN-FEB-MAR to get away from english winter. Is it cheaper to rent or to buy a one bed property with mortgage ? I would love to rent or buy neary total cypriots area than tourist. Any advice please.

If you want to escape winter in JAN-FEB-MAR you should go to Australia We have winter here too during those months 
Since you need it only for 3 months every year it will be cheaper to rent. Except if you want to buy something as an investment.
