In all my life I have never heard of a anything so absurd. Why on earth would they be giving you drinks for free!!
In Cyprus there exist many such places commonly known as Kabare. You pay through the nose for a glass of beer, and you get NOTHING for free.I wonder if any other member on the forum has ever experienced what you describe.
Don't believe a word but how would I even tell you the address.
Mate, I think the guy had more on his mind than a bottle of scotch. There were gambling tables and slot machines.
I am also a very clean cut, and articulate bugger and very astute as well. The guy had an eye on me all the time because he probably thought I was suspicious. So he sat next to me. And I friggin had a lot to drink and he was pretty damn talkative and friendly too for some reason.
I paid nothing. Not one cent.
Not only that, but I went there 3 times in a row and didn't pay a cent.
It wasn't a night club or anything. It was a gambling house and I never even had a single bet anywhere.
Intheed, we even became "friends" but I don't think it was genuine. They probably thought I was a cop or something.
And the guy had a chain made of gold around his neck too. The damn thing must of been a kilo.
The point is patsogero, is that the Russians aren't Like the retired British on the island. They are there for other things and have many businesses on the island which are on the fringes of the law. Everything from Gamblung Casinos, strip joints, girl bars, narcotics, and now even Banks and airlines. Why? Because of the islands 1 million consumers or is it because they wanted to be in an Orthodox country? You guys are friggin delusional to believe they just open cafes and take away shops.
And they aren't there because they like Cypriots either because all you need to do is search for all the Russian interests in the trnc. 10000 of them live in the occupied as well. Why?
