On the topic of what big Mak was like and liked, there is something in wiki leaks in the form of message sent 1974 July 16, 16:45 (Tuesday) headed CYPRUS COUP: MEETING WITH GENERAL IOANNIDES which suggests he did not like Big Mak as he is said to have stated amongst other things 'MARKARIOS HAD BECOME A ROTTEN PRIEST HOMOSEXUAL; HE WAS PERVERTED, A TORTURER, A SEXUAL DEVIATE AND THE OWNER OF HALF THE HOTELS ON THE ISLAND."

As for the painting, from the pictures in the press I do not think it is well produced piece. Not a style I like.

The young artist is saying Makarios was the Trump of Cyprus.. The blonds are Ivana and Ivanka Trump. She sees Trump as anti Muslim and a sinner hence the pig Makarios is cooking. And if you look closely Makarios' right hand is grabbing a blonds

(If you read the wiki leaks version it is plainly an ocr version of the original telex in caps and The caps were from how it copied. Not even sure why anybody leaked it when it is in the public domain. Lots of useful stuff their generally on American side concerning The 1974 Greek Invasion.... See document 148 in particular )
