This is what I would consider a reasoned analysis of the Amnesty International report rather than the MSM approach which is acceptance of the report without question and without analysis of the content ..... much of which is hypothesis and extrapolation of estimates. They are ready to condemn without questioning the evidence. This article is not propaganda or 'fake news'..... it's applied common sense!
