As far as I'm aware, there are no Cyprus-based discussion groups about SKY, digital, or satellite TV.
As Svetlana mentioned, you need a large dish here to receive SKY. This is because the satellite signal that reaches Cyprus from the SKY satellite is very weak. And the further east you go, the larger dish you need. I'm in Erimi, which is on the way to Paphos from Limassol - you need a 3.2m dish and a sensitive LNB to get a decent, reliable picture.
Unfortunately, the BBC no longer uses the SKY satellite for its broadcasts. It now uses a satellite and the signal that reaches Cyprus is extremely weak. So you need an even larger dish if you want a reliable service. There is another discussion board at:
