Australian PM was at a Republican gala Dinner last week saying that the Australian government is waiting for the Queen (Australian Head of State) to die before the Republican Movement goes back into full swing and Australia holds another referendum.

Apparently the Republicans are waiting for Charles to take over the reigns and want to strike before William. They fear William.

It's just odd that the PM said what he did, and then we hear on the news that she missed out on Church Services on Christmas and new Years when she attends every week without fail. Oh and she didn't join the family on their retreat.

No disrespect meant - at all - but In my experience there are few in the U.K. who' spend time reflecting on Australia's constitutional status. It's a matter for the Australian electorate to decide. Any arguments, either for or against republicanism, should be an entirely internal matter.

Just the Republicans said that they are going to initiate a referendum after her reign. They don't believe they can win the referendum because she is apparently very popular with the low information female Women's Day magazine readers.

Apparently William and harry are also popular. But not Charles.

Yeh I reckon Australia is up for a trade deal most definitely. They would be very keen for an FTA after BREXIT because it would be stupid not to when they got an FTA with EU. I think Canada and NZ will be up for it too. Trump's USA should be cool too.
