It is a pity that he waited four years before he made this speech! It has really upset Netanyahu, who has resorted to his usual threats. I don’t have much time for Kerry but I have to say this was a well presented and impassioned presentation and had a lot of very valid points.

"WSJ" - WASHINGTON—Secretary of State John Kerry launched a forceful defense of the Obama administration’s approach to Israel Wednesday, warning that a two-state solution is “in jeopardy” in a speech outlining the administration’s vision for finding Middle East peace.

Mr. Kerry’s remarks come amid heightened tensions between the U.S. and Israel after the U.S., refraining from using its veto last week in the United Nations Security Council, allowed a resolution critical of Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem to pass.

Mr. Kerry said the U.S. decision to abstain from the vote last week was “in accordance with our values.”

It indicated that it supports all peace initiatives with the PLO but then also indicated that it intends to vote against all UN Resolutions against the Israeli State stating that it is counterproductive.

Trump is going to veto all Resolutions on Israel and take a hard-line stance against Iran.

Australian UN Ambassador has also said that it will actually vote AGAINST all UN votes on Israel.

Now that the flood gates are open, expect some more countries.

There is no scorched earth policy. That is Russia's policy not America's or the Coalitions.

US president Obama has just told Russian Diplomats they have 72 hours to get out of the USA because they hacked into the US Elections and stold data as well.

The Americans have also publicly outed 6 Russian Spies working within the Embassy.

Trump has indicated that he will look at all the Intelligence Briefings meaning that these allegations will be taken very seriously.

I for one congratulate the USA for this step against the illegal meddling into US Elections.

I am hoping the Russian Embassy is given its marching orders from Canberra as well. No point in having them in Australia.
