The treacherous hack newspaper "Cyprus"Mail claims that Matsakis is a dangerous self publicising loose cannon with psychiatric problems ..you guys know the rest.
Everybody has to admit that the world wide media attention his political stunts bring to violations and bullying tactics by the Occupying turkish military .
These Violations and bullying by the Turksih army and others would be easy for the international media and the EU to ignore . His exploits are even documented in places as far away as Australia & New Zealand.
Maybe he is nuts maybe he is dumber than Chelidona the donkey but he is putting his own ass on the line.
I think he is the Cypriot Mike Moore.
He should have his own TV Show... and now Ladies and Gentlemen

i would agree with you agios amvrosios. the treacherous hack newspaper.... only that ? i believe they have been kind of too lenient on him. btw i would take a look on what the representative of the goverment said in regards to the matsakis show.
he puts his ass only where it is safe
i dont like moore either , but i dont think he is as bad as matsakis.

there were no soldiers from where he stole the flag.
how did he go against the british bases? i mean entering their territory knowing that u will get arrested, then getting arrested and shouting they have arrested me, is this going against the british bases?

No its not, but it makes him look like a martyr, when in fact all that he is doing is making himself and our beautiful country look stupid.
How can we have a man like that representing us in Europe?
And another thing about the Turkish flag:
Does anyone REALLY think that the man would have gone into the TRNC to pull a flag down if there had been a fully armed soldier standing on the watch tower?
PLEASE- He cant show off in front of cameras with bullet holes in his arse, even Matsakis (although hard to believe) is not that stupid.
