Also i overheard a conversation with some people saying that if you have issues and conflicts with the army you can get on the stop list is that true and why is that so

Why get on the stop list if i want to lets say leave the country and go to some other country to start a new life and never come back?

I wouldn't know about probation officers or going to jail. I don't know as much about Stop Lists either than you do or how to get around them by flying into illegal ports on cheap LCC.
