Some of the Irish, like some other people in Europe emmigrated to America for a better life.

That is compatible and mutually exlusive to the Ottoman Empire creating the conditions to make people leave Europe for America.

The great migration from Europe to America started around 1500. Which was only about 50 years after the invasion and conquest of Constantinople.

By 1529, the Ottomans were at the gates of vienna.

By the end of that, the 16th century, the spanish were in America.

A few decades in to the 17th century, the Brits, Dutch and Swedes had thriving communities scattered around north America.

Islam contributed towards making this happen by pushing Christians out of Europe through conquest and barbarism and poverty and oppression.
