I don't know. It's roughly the same demographic that supports Putin in Russia, Erdoğan in Turkey, Le Pen in France, Wilders in the Netherlands, Brexit in the UK and Trump in the US. There's a huge mass of disaffected, ignored people created by globalisation and it just takes a demogogue from the far right to come along and seemingly address their concerns, and they all move in step. Hopefully it will pass as the world economy moves out of crisis. In the meantime, I am surprised by the lack of reaction here. I thought the mad nationalists of the Greek-speaking world considered the Kurds to be their buddies.
