Hi! We have a 2.5 year old daughter and next year she will start kindergarten. Is it true that the year when the child is at least 3 years and 8 months by September she must start kindergarten by law?
I'd also like to know which places you have experience with in the area. I mean regarding the educators, equipment, program and not lastly the price. Thank You!

Never heard of such law. I think it is one year before elementary school. So if she would go to school September 2019, she would have to go to kindergarten in September 2018. But maybe things are different now...
