Well there you go...Pootin shot down MH17

Well it looks like all the evidence has been collated and it is conclusive. Eye witness and Radar plots to boot as well as BUK Missile fragments.

THE END!

Now it's over to the conspiracists!

Well .... that is what the papers say! I will reserve comments till I have actually read the report. If that says, as it was a criminal investigation, they have proved it beyond reasonable doubt then they will have provided all the evidence in the report. This might be difficult as Ukraine has yet to provide their evidence to the JIT.

No that is the conclusive report of the investigation team after analyzing the wreckage, BUK missile fragments as well as all the intelligence from eye witness accounts and various Governments.
And that is the report that counts, not the reports you subscribe to from Sputnik etc.

Oh btw, the investigation was led by Holland, and had delegates from UK, Germany, Russia, USA, Australia, Malaysia and Ukraine.

The Russian delegate might need asylum!

You're talking out of your Arse again Koala.

Alma-Antey arms manufacturer said that technical details of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 have not been taken into account by the JIT's probe. Three simulations of the MH17 crash carried out by the Russian arms manifacturer confirm that the missile had been launched from Zaroschenskoye town controlled by Ukrainian forces.

No just looking at the official press conference from the Gead of the Investigation Team.

They seem quite 100% positive which means it would be you talking out of your arse YiaLoser.

The USA did say they had evidence, later confirmed by Australia's PM Tony Abbott who basically stated he had been shown the evidence. Well it looks like the evidence was provided and the investigators have bought it all 100%

Too bad and so sad for you!

What you have so far is the case for the prosecution!

I say again ..... I will wait to read the report. If Bellingcat is even mentioned ...... it points to a heavily biased, even fraudulent conclusion, based not on ALL the evidence as you proclaim but just the evidence that fits the conclusion.

No what I have so far is the report handed down by the International Crash Investigation Team.

They make it very clear that they are not part of any prosecution team but merely investigate the incident according to ICAO rules.

The prosecutors or attorneys who are trying to achieve justice for the victim's families are completely separate and will use the report to aid their law suites and battles.

Exactly ..... the case for the prosecution!

Exactly ...... now we need a chance to look at what evidence has been included and the source(s) ........ and what has not.

The prosecutors or attorneys who are trying to achieve justice for the victim's families are completely separate and will use the report to aid their law suites and battles
.

The victims families need the truth, to do that they need the whole picture. What we have is the conclusions drawn from one side only, and that side included one of the prime suspects Ukraine, with the power of veto over what was released in the report. The Russians have had no opportunity to present their case ...... the case for the defence. So the conclusions could (I say could) be shown to be wrong when other evidence is considered. It only takes one crucial piece of evidence to be PROOVED false and there is no ...... 'Beyond reasonable doubt.'

The report is apparently preliminary, so the claim 'Putin did it' ... is a bit premature'!

Looking at the various reports so far, the whole argument as to whether Russia was involved revolves around one single piece of evidence. The idea that the Russians transported a BUK, with Russian Technicians to operate it, in a convoy of at least 3-4 vehicles from Russia over the border into Ukraine and then back again he following day ! Hmmmmm.

The sole source for the evidence to support this theory is a 'Gamer' Eliot Higgins and his Bellingcat web site...... an 'open source' outfit, run by amateurs with no background at all in defence or the military and that rely completely upon YouTube/Facebook/Twitter social media for their information. Oh ..... Higgins is also a devoted Putin/Russia hater!!!
