Realpolitik ?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Piratis » Tue Jan 03, 2006 11:24 am

And how do you plan to stop us from seeing each other as opponents? Do you plan to do this by continuing to employ racist rhetoric against Turkish Cypriots?

Were was the racist rhetoric? I asked for the end of the racist actions that are taken mainly against us.

If TCs insist on violating our human rights and they are treating as like enemies, rejecting our offer for democracy and human rights for everybody, then what do you want me to do?

What I made was a proposal. This proposal needs both sides to be accomplished. If one side rejects it and insists on acting as as an enemy then the only choice we have is to respond in kind.

Piratis you would have made a great SUN reporter.(Don't take that as a compliment though. The SUN  )

Oh, for this barbarian to realise his dream of becoming as civilised as his Greek counterparts.

It seems that Greece has started to make new terrorist steps in the international arena. Greece has probably realized that our social memory is weak and that Turkey and Turkish people have forgotten its support for the leader of the separatist terror organization in the process of his capture and that when he was captured he was carrying a genuine Southern Cyprus passport. Recently a new brother has been born for the leftovers of PKK/KADEK who can freely continue its activities in the Southern Greek Cyprus. The parents of this newborn child are Greece and Southern Cyprus and the name of the child is “Hrısi Avgi – Golden Dawn”

Southern Greek Cyprus and its mentor Greece are now doing their best not to take a false step and to avoid another blunder while they have been trying to make the world forget that they were caught red handed in the passport issue and to pressure, with some international support, over general elections in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in accordance with their own interests. Despite the huge efforts of the duo, what they are doing is impossible to conceal.

In order not to attract much attention and not to reveal their support for terror, Cyprus Greek government tries to define the aforementioned new terrorist group as “about 75 football hooligans who caused some incidents in football games.” Ironically, however, it is the Greek press, which unpromptedly deciphered this organization, whose roots are in Greece and founded by Yorgo Karaceferis, a former Greek politician. The organization is founded on the basis of racism and Turkish enmity.

Karaceferis was known to have established a political party called People’s Orthodox Alert (LAOS) on September 14, 2000, after having resigned from his duty as a member of parliament for New Democracy Party. It is also reported in the Greek press that Karaceferis’ family migrated from Turkey and is of Turkish origin.

Two other names among the founders of LAOS are also worth considering. According to Greek press, one of them, Yorgios Yorgolas, served as the Minister of Propaganda and had close ties with CIA during the period of colonels’ junta. The other, Professor Kostas Plaevris, served in the Greek Intellience before 1974 and is still in contact, a fact which is known only to Greek press.

We believe that Karaceferis’ statements in an interview published on September 2, 2000 in the Greek daily Thesselaoniki will shed some light on the party and on the goals of the organization he founded. He says;

“My father was a man who participated in the Balkan War in 1910. He had a saying that he repeated from my childhood till my adulthood: ‘Never trust a Turk. If you turn your back to him he will show his front to you,’ he said.

Our national issues which are now so embarrassing for Hellenism will be our main principles. They are; to annex Cyprus to Greece, to extend our territorial waters to 12 miles, to bring to the agenda Megali İdea , the national policy of Hellenism, to provide autonomy for İonia, Konstantinopolis, Pontus, İmroz and Bozcaada, to obtain resettlement for the Greeks of the lost territories in Asia Minor, to deport all foreigners, especially Muslims from Greece and to reinforce our Church to fight the enemies of Orthodoxy and Hellenism, as it did in the past.

What disturbs me most is that Greece holds a place in the Western alliance. The place of Greece lies where its interests lie. My opinion is that the place of Greece today is near its old ally, Putin.

It is high time we raise our children as real Greeks and teach them who our enemies and friends are.

The population of Muslims who live in Greece today is 1.600.000. We accept their children as Greek citizens. If it goes on like this, we shouldn’t surprise when an Islamic party is founded one or two generations later. That is why we should deport all of them from our land.

For the elections we will not have any candidates from among Turks of Western Thrace. They have no place in our party.

Turks should go back to their native lands. Asia Minor is the land of our grandfathers. We inherited those lands from our ancestors.”

The founder and the chairman of LAOS party gives us enough evidence on how compassionate(!), humane(!), democratic(!) respectful of human rights(!) and anti-fascist(!) himself, his party and his new organization are. The same party was passionately supported by neonazis, neofascists, , retired army officers that PASOK removed from office, supporters of the junta and of the king and radical rightist organizations. It is also not a secret that the party, in fact, is a dummy for the Greek church and that it was founded three years ago as a result of the tension between the Smitis government and the Church on whether to include the religions of citizens on the identity cards.

A by-product of this party, “Golden Dawn” is a hoodlum and a pawn for the Greek church. Member militants of the organization carry a “golden cross” around their neck to recognize each other. Among some of the activities of these innocent(!) hooligans are killing four Muslim migrants and seriously wounding three others three years ago in the center of Athens, attacking Turkish businessmen in Athens and in Thesselaoniki who went to Greece upon invitation, and burning Turkish flags.

These innocent football hooligans have recently started to organize themselves in Southern Greek Cyprus. Young members are trained on hooliganism(!) by retired(!) Greek army officers as no one can deny that football hooligans need to be trained. Cyprus Greek church, too, contributes to the training of these nearly 200 compassionate(!) young people and their slogans are as humane(!) as themselves: “Turks cannot live on Cyprus!”, We will fight forever until we deport all Turks from Cyprus!”, The only settlement for Cyprus is ENOSIS!” and “Our greatest enemies are SATAN, TURKS and JEWS!”. It is no wonder that these slogans bear nice messages for football and sports. What is worrying is that these nice(!) people(!) can enter Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus since they are citizens of Southern Cyprus.

Just imagine the provocations and their consequences that members of “Hrisi Avgi – Golden Dawn” who can enter Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. One wonders whether these youngsters are stored and fed in Southern Greek Cyprus so as to cause problems for the government of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and for Turkey when the results of the elections are not in accordance with the wishes and interests of certain people. It would be useful to observe the developments and to be prepared.
