May I ask some of our resident religious.....scholars to explain the need for the "creator" to create mosquitoes ?
Perhaps they, the ...scholars, can explain why ...dirty rats , mice and other vermin, ie blue bottles were created!!

Also do please explain the need for earthquakes !!

ALL part of the cycles of life, the 'Good Lord' also endowed certain 'Humans' with the characteristics bestowed upon the creatures you mention, some are endowed with the qualities of 'Lions' or 'Tigers' (may I present myself as one such ?) whilst others are like 'Rats' and 'Snakes' (and I am sure we all know of some such persons) and the similarities are quite astonishing to those with the gift of perception.

As to 'Earthquakes' {and other disasters), they could be seen as signs that the 'Good Lord' is displeased with the progress and behaviour of the creatures upon whom he gave the responsibility of 'Care' above ALL living things and dominion over them.

A satisfactory enough explanation for myself, others may hold a different view (which they are entitled to) BUT, come the day of 'Jubilo' there will be much quaking in the hearts of the non-believers......also part of the 'Good Lord's Plan'......I reckon.
