An 84-year-old priest was killed in an attack during a hostage-taking situation at a church in northern France, near Rouen. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack, carried out by two terrorists who were later killed by police.
n an official statement, France's President Hollande called the attack a "terrorist act," and said the attackers claimed a connection to IS. He added that France needs to battle against IS.
"Daesh has declared war on us, we must fight this war by all means, while respecting the rule of law, what makes us a democracy," he said, as cited by Reuters.

I am in disbelief. Is this incident, along with the forced waves of Islamic migrants in to Europe and the other terrorist attacks not some kind of declaration that they ISIS and its supporters and sponsors are at war with the EU?
