And, also one can get a legal , larger apartment for far less per month (c/w washing machine) in the legally recognised area of' Lefkosia

If it was a single space with these dimensions, then yes, it would be 125 sq/m.

No thanks, I wasn't looking for a place to live, but would still like to know what the rent would be, with or without utilities.
