for your information this is in gonyeli. there is no gc properties in gonyeli as far as i am aware but since you asked yep the owner has sold this plot of land legally and it is all above board. no gc will come knocking at your door claiming this is built on their land.

Sorry, you have not explained how you have come up with the 125 sq/m size. I think it is far less sq/m than that, looking at the pictures you have provided.

The very cramped bathroom gives away the actual size of the apartment, where even the dirty laundry bag is kept under the wash sink, because you lack the space!

listen shitface, when you view it you can measure it. 125 m sq is the standard size of 3 bed-roomed flats in northern cyprus. of course the rooms vary in size. some people prefer to have smaller bathrooms and make the other rooms slightly larger.

what economic hardship, they dont know the meaning of the word. discounts can be both positive and negative like all numbers. i am giving my cousins a negative discount. a man got a do something for a living. in any case when they pay a little more they feel they are getting better quality and it makes them feel better. look i know my cousins better than they know themselves. its all good stuff like.
