TC owned land in South Cyprus sold ILLEGALLY

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

TC owned land in South Cyprus sold ILLEGALLY

Postby Eric dayi » Sat Dec 31, 2005 2:25 pm

POLITIS: “New blast for property owners”/ A new bomb, which could change things further on the matter of properties, will possibly explode on the matter of reclaiming Turkish Cypriot property in Tilliria. Specifically, the Cypriot Republic seems unable to return Turkish Cypriot property, which was illegally given to a Greek Cypriot and then sold to a tourism development company.

Alexis, you are a proven to be a liar or one who likes to claim things without knowing the truth. I personally think that you are a liar.

Ok, so what lies are you going to claim now Alexis?

I am also interested to read what other GC's have to say about the sale of TC land sold to third parties.

Hi Eric

Your link is not right; you may want to amend it.

Not having seen the article, I cannot comment on it but the policy within the RoC is that TC land is not sold off and cannot be 'sold on' by GC refugees living on it.

Yes, some has gone under motorways, yes, some has gone under Larnaca airport and for sure some will have slipped through the net, but the vast majority is protected for its leagl owners, awaiting a settlement.

Lana.

Hi Svetlana,

The link is what is given by the site. Once you click on it go right down to the very bottom and click on "view article" under the heading "Greek Press". The link stays the same even when you click on the article I'm afraid, didn't notice that when I posted.

The other thing is that up until now the GC's have always claimed that no TC land was "sold off" and it was only TC's who sold GC lands in the TRNC, the report which was actually taken from the GC newspaper Politis is proof that the GC's have sold TC lands illegally thus doing exactly the same thing as they are accusing the TC's of.

This is just the one but I wonder how many more has been sold off that will eventually be brought to light.

The thing is that no land can be solled off in South Cyprus without the knowledge of it's regime because they are the ones who controll the land registry recird and I cannot imagine anyone let alone a company buying land without being issued the deeds by the authorities. The thing I am trying to say is that the authorities allowed the sale of this land and it did not just "slip through". If they allow one then they will aloow more to "slip through".

Yet more lame excuses by Eric for the crime of ethnic cleansing they continue to commit.

First of all Eric forgets that this property would have never been given to a refugee, if this refugee was not denied his right to return to his own property for 31 years. They insist on illegality and then they blame us!

Second, this was just a mistake and not the official policy of Republic of Cyprus.

Eric Dayi apparently can not understand that a mistake and illegal actions of individuals (which exist in every country) are very different from the terror, illegality and ethnic cleansing of the Turkish state.

If even one or 2 or 10 or 100 Greek Cypriots have done something wrong, this for the racist Eric Day can be an excuse for the ethnic cleansing of the whole Greek Cypriot community and for the illegalities and human rights violations against all Cypriots committed officially by the Turkish state.

This is how always the Turkish terrorist state has acted. Not just in the case of Cyprus, but also in the cases of people within Turkey . (e.g. if some Kurds have committed some crimes this was an excuse for the Turkish state to officially order the bombing and extermination of whole Kurdish villages).

You would give any old excuse to hide the illegal activities of the so called "RoC Government". Face it, you tried to steal our lands and take away our Human Rights but lost your own. Stop crying over something that you started yourself, you sound like an old broken record repeating the same old crap over and over and over and over again and again.

If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

Don't try to beat up someone who is much stronger than yourself.
