I'm a born optimist. Pessimism has never played a part in my life even during tumultuous, stressful. hopeless situations that I have encounter throughout my 70 years of living.

This is the very first time that my optimistic trait has been subdued and totally conquered by pessimism regarding the exit from the EU by our great country.

I can see tremendous changes to our daily lives, I can see a bleak and uncertain future for our young generation prescribed by the geriatric brigade and the little Englanders. The decision made to leave the EU will have repercussions of immense dimensions , might even trigger a European conflict in years to come. The decision was made based on lies by the exit camp, lies about immigration, lies about the 350 million weekly that our NHS would benefit by leaving the EU, retracted on the same day that the results were known.

Lets take control of our own destiny they were told. Mostly working class lowly educated little Englanders fell for it.
We are now in control of our borders they were told !!!

Personally, having both Cypriot and British nationality I shall remain a part of the EU. I must confess that I'm now counting the days leading to my permanent return to Paradise Island, both as a Brit and a Cypriot European.

What is going to destroy the UK is not the vote to leave or actually leaving, it is firstly, the continuous dirge of doom and gloom sceptics who voted to remain and lost in a democratic vote. They are now spouting their opinions on every source they can and dragging the country into the abyss by their continuous whining about what could happen, maybe this or maybe that, if, might , maybe ...... in other words most of them don’t have clue what they are talking about. It is ALL negative and damaging the UK from within.

Secondly, it is the spitefulness of the European Political Elite, the same sort of political elite that those who favoured leaving, voted to get rid of. They want, the decision to leave to fail and are determined to make sure it does by making the divorce as unpleasant as possible! These people are shit scared that the UK will actually become a success, a better country to live in, an expanding economy, dropping jobless figures etc.etc. and others disillusioned with the Federal Plan will attempt to emulate the UK. They are petrified that their Federal Dream and the Euro is going to collapse, which both will eventually with or without the UK being part of a European political union. However did we manage before we had a European Union to tell us what to do?

The continuous belly-aching of the ‘losers’ is what will kill the UK as they help the EU Political Elite to achieve their goals ..,,,,,...to destroy dissent and advance with ever closer European Political Union ! :x

OK, so where do we go now, moron? What's the great plan for the future?

I do hate a bad loser!

TD: You are one of the worst 'belly-achers' on the forum, absolutely nothing you have to say has anything positive and it is people like you that will destroy the UK. As for Scotland ..... yes move there, the EU has just told Sturgeon than any special privileges for them are just pie-in-the-sky. So .... no back-up from the UK ..... and a start at square one like every one else to get into the EU. Scots interviewed today on TV who voted to remain as part of the UK in their referendum are still of the same opinion, so the chances are Scotland will remain in the UK.

Yes, I could come up with a few ideas on what I see as a way forward .......... but it would be wasted on you. So I won't bother!

Technicalities or not GR has already lost his pride and the only way to get it back is by simply admitting he lost the bet and pay the 100 Euros.

It goes to show how uneducated you are. A “gavur” is simply an unbeliever and given that I’m not Muslim then I’m *automatically* a gavur in the eyes of a Muslim.

As for me paying a crook that can't even put a legible sentence together and then cries about his shortcomings …

(admittedly it’s not like posters like you or Sotos are any better so Erol shouldn’t be singled out in this)

…I reckon you should all hold hands and go fuck yourselves repeatedly until you're educated enough to make sense and then return to the forum.

So either get your shit right or quit posting altogether because I for one, am tired of wading through your peasant posts!

The truth is that you, Sotos, Milti, Erol, and a few others, type like you’re bloody 12 year olds yet haven’t the slightest bit of shame!

No, it's you who is totally ignorant because although the translation of "gavur" is what you said, it was used in a broader meaning. Many Turkish expressions have a broader meaning compared to the strict translation. Try translating "asiktir" for example. You acted like a pathetic gavur, plain and simple. :P

Like you I am a born optimist and nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it. I believe we should take this as an opportunity and plan a way forward to the benefit of a better society. I have no time for those that cry " Woe is me I am undone!" .... we should dump them and go forward without them. Thy can always apply to become EU citizens of another country .... the reality will kick in!

I have to agree with one point. I think we could see conflict in Europe but not State vs State more The People vs the unaccountable Elite, a sort of modern French Revolution! It is brewing up in Europe and the US, times are changing.

BTW; The number of years you have under your belt, the wiser and better informed you become. So a little less of the 'geriatric' insults ..... I may be old but I am smart, well informed, reasonably well educated with experiences of various countries, religions and cultures. I never look back except to learn lessons from the past ......... always look forward with optimism. Hallelujah :)

Should peasants be entitled to an opinion? Absolutely not!

Should peasants be on the streets driving? Are you kidding me?

Should peasants be copulating and reproducing? Whaaaaat?

Then what should peasants be doing?

Farming! Assembly in factories, etc… oh and serving the elite of course!

That’s how society should be structured not the current fallacious bullshit running rampant!

Is it any wonder why the world is in such a mess? They foolishly let the peasants out, freed them from the shackles where they belonged, and now we have these dull drones like Milti, Pyro and Sotos, having opinions on forums!

Good grief… :?

I prefer a pure peasant than someone who thinks he got an "education" hence he is no longer garbage of the worst kind . Go back and read all the disgusting words you wrote about Milti's mother and sister albeit hidden in GC peasant dialect. You made me sick!
The fact is you are a mixture of garbage and something else. :P

Yeah, well that’s the problem with all these “broader” meanings that some of you seem to recognize… you have invented your own little dictionaries and expect others to be aware of them!
