He clearly says that if they are LOOSE (not securly FIXED) he wins so I guess he'll have to prove that they are LOOSE to claim his prize!

GR, the bet was totally clear and you lost! Was I the only one who predicted "leave"? It got less than my prediction, but still...

I can't agree with that.

Knowing myself what must’ve happened is that when I got to the “or they loose” part of his sentence my brain rejected it as nonsense so I tossed that part out in trying to extract the jist of what he was saying.

Unfortunately, my brain never compensates for people’s mistakes because I was a programmer for many years whereby, an error in source code meant a dead stop and the compiler refusing to process/proceed any further until the error is corrected.

I’ve made up for this shortcoming on forums, etc, by “skipping” portions that don’t make sense to me. It’s not easy having a literal mind but it came with the intense profession.

Had he written it correctly it would’ve definitely registered in my head and I would’ve instantly rejected that part of the deal.

I expected better from you GR. You know you lost the bet. Welch if you like, if your honour is so cheap then so be it.

Erolz, I can assure you that not all G/Cs are like GR. Let this G/C offer you a bet.
If GR pays you I will pay you 100 euros, if he does not ....you pay me 100 .How is that

See how bad spelling can ruin your bet?

As bad as yours, the English never "drug" their feet (they could fall over  ), they drag them.

GR... you can't make a bet on something written and then claim that you didn't read what you were agreeing to! Erolz didn't even need to add that "or they lose" part ... the bet would be the same even without that part... but he even made it explicit! The bet made total sense... If the "remain" would get 60% or more you win, if they get under 60% you lose... They only got 48%... so not only your prediction was wrong, but was VERY wrong.

You managed to sneak in an Ottoman in the deal… perhaps you internationally misspelled it knowing that it would confuse me and I would just skip/ignore that part.

The deal was already *VERY GENEROUS* for you and you should’ve been happy with that instead of wanting to have the cake *and* the cherry on top!

Were you not a REMAIN supporter who decided to take me up on the DIFFERENCE it would win by?

Well then why the fuck should you also benefit from an EXIT? :?

Now you wanna talk honor! If you’re so honorable why did you disguise the meaning of the deal if not to cause confusion?

From the very start I said that GR would not pay. He is a cheapskate after all. The bet was crystal clear, just as my offer of a bet to Erolz in that if GR pays I will pay Erolz 100 euros, if GR does not Erolz will pay me 100. Erolz has not accepted my bet so it is now null and void.

GR, pay up and shut up. Your abysmal prediction was formulated based entirely on your distorted view of American influence on the UK.
