AKEL may revive itself from the fire like the Phoenix, what with their association with Unions in the occupied north, for example. They don't fly the Greek flag, they fly the Flag of Cyprus, they clearly state that their Party will work to end the chauvinism which as Cypriots, has divided us. I expect that their movement island-wide will be followed by other political parties. And except for their connection to a "Communism" that comes out of Russia, their chances are not slim as you would like to think, they adapt, in doing so they grow stronger. "You" can only resist change, since on "your" part there is a resistance to change. Exclusive the way your politics work, where there can be only "Greek", in Cyprus where the population, being at the cross-road to three Continents, will likely continue to grow; i find your predictions kurupetos not credible, sorry.

you are as thick as kuru my dear. akel never saw russia as their mother. akel saw communism as their mother. how long has it been since russia stopped being communist. perhaps they have given up on their mother as dead and buried. or is putin really a communist deep inside.

Really? They didn't see Russia as their mother? Even though, given a choice, most free-educated AKEL 'supporters' chose Russian-run countries (despite the language barriers) to get their free tertiary education?
