This organisation should be renamed to the Cyprus circus bar association. It's full of clowns and in the end you get a pie in the face. Save your money, no lawyer goes against any lawyer in Cyprus they are all crooked.

If there is a EU route try that, anything here is a waste of space, I am ashamed to say.

The British High Commission in Nicosia have a list of solicitors. Whilst they don't actually recommend them I was told that they would be removed from the list if they "misbehaved". I have used one such solicitor who is also a member of the Law Society in England, she is in Limassol.

Over 3 years to get a court case heard for unpaid common expenses which amount now to over €2000.
It's bloody ridiculous this system whereby the only profiteers are the lawyers. Our maintenance is only 17€a month.
This idiot has never been before the judge adjournment after adjournment
What can we do. ..can't change solicitors can't get into court on our own.....

Like I said, the Cypriot judicial system is a F joke, fit only for the elite who can get away with murder, whilst the ave man will go to jail for non payment of 100 euros to the SI.

Most politicians (oops I mean clowns) are lawyers, go figure, whose ass are the looking after??
