From the report above regarding Evkaf taking the ownership of its Varosha claim and 14% of Cyprus's land under it's inherited legal ownership, the Greek Cypriots may like to additionally know that Turkey has given the Evkaf commission a Blank Cheque in winning this case......Hmmmmm I wonder why?

It's being circulated that Turkey is now, for the first time, considering the championing of the recognition of the TRNC in order to facilitate a future Confederal deal on the island.

Good luck with the Evkaf bollocks, the former colonial power will get dragged into the mess too. Rather like the IPC the ECHR will not want to get involved and tell you to exhaust local remedies first - in the ROC Besides, how can you ask for return of Evkaf land when most of what you occupy belongs to Greek Cypriots and Greek Orthodox Church - bloody hypocrites.

As for recognition of the "trnc", you have no chance. States created by armed force are not recognised by the UN and consequently not recognised by the majority of other States. Turkey has pushed its luck with the Syrian refugee problem and apparently got its own way and now, according to you, it's going to press for legitimacy of its illegal gains in Cyprus. One day it will push its luck too far, it will be dumped by its friends and allies.
