It seems like everywhere i look they require you to have an army paper and finished your army years before you can get a "respectful" job

Why is that

Am 20 years old and i havent finish the army for various reasons and i got discharged from the army why begore my time

The reason am posting this its to ask

WHY EVERYBODY IN CYPRUS REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE COMPLETED YOUR ARMY DUTIES?????

What does it mean for the employer when you have this paper

Does it mean am not crazy?
Does it mean am loyal and i can gollow his orders like a dog?
Does it mean am not gonna do anything crazy in his business?
Does it mean an not gonna still from him?

WHAT DOES THIS PAPER MEAN TO HIM?

Please explain it

It's a national "conspiracy" with the government's approval... because the rest of us MALAKES did the whole 24 months of service (for the patrida) so we don't appreciate those who try to dodge it! (with the exception of health issues)

Hence the embedded (written and unwritten) laws to encourage all males to do the right thing.
