For the record, a friend that lives in a small village near one of the ports told me they collected nearly 500 bags of clothes and toys for these refugee/migrants last Saturday! NO ONE WAS THERE TO REPORT IT! They didn't care. But someone lets off a firework and suddenly THE DAILY TELEGRAPH is all over the place?

Yes and good for the majority...and it is a pity it is not reported, it deserves to be, but I have only criticised the few who have done this... No, I do not condemn them for showing their feelings. No one can stand in judgement who has not been in the midst of this chaos.

Greece is a democracy, and they have as much right to express their feelings as anyone else.

that is the problem with the EU, and other Western Countries like the UK. Many parts of society are being vilified, taunted, abused in the most unscrupulous fashion possible just because they have ideas that the majority disagree with.

I think it is time Political Correctness is shown as exactly what it is. A deterioration of people's freedoms and the destruction of free speech itself. Now, we all need a US Bill of Rights, otherwise, freedoms will be eroded and eventually destroyed by the Socialist Left.

All you need to do is look at the UK to find out that everything is terribly wrong. The Socialist Left are a bunch of evangelical zealots trying to enforce their opinions on the rest of society, or else you will be vilified. It has to stop.

I always recommend people have a read of the Guardian, to see the real danger.

If you don't believe me, try as a white middle aged male to say something with respect to Marriage Equality, Women, Safe Schools (gender is now fluid and indeterminate), or anything about illegal migrants. It might not even be bad. You could just be a social conservative believing in the Christian definition of marriage between a man and woman which is ageless.

Then watch the tirades and accusations as well as the Richard Dawkins quotes about the Fairy Tea Pot God.

We even have feminists who admit that they are NOT equality feminists.

Watch out, because one day, Western Countries won't know what hit them, and it is not going to be fun living in one without a Bill of Rights. I see the danger right now. The USA is the only country on the planet that has the Bill of Rights to my knowledge which even protects the right of gun ownership of all things. The Socialist Lefties criticize this in order to taint the Bill of Rights because it is the only thing that protects citizens from the zealots and ideological idiots who are becoming prevalent everywhere and who are snuffing out public debate and discourse. Our civilization is regressing, not progressing.

Oh yes, the United Arab Emirates are looking like a nice place to raise a family. I respect them, because the tell it the way it is. In the West, you are no longer allowed to. The USA as well, is probably the last bastion of free speech. Only problem is, guns and your kids could get shot at school.

So you condone, ie approve of violence, nuff said. I suppose that was because it was done by Greeks , in particular there are indications that those Nazi Loving thugs, Golden Yawn, opps Golden Shower, were involved so I woukd suspect it was planned. Who turns up at a peaceful demo equipped with incendisry devices which can burn and blind...or bottles which can shatter and cut, ......

It is not sbout Free Speech, and I Fully respect the rights of those who are upset to peacefully protest, and make their views known, but the condemnation of violence, but I suppose with the NeoNazi thugs of GD involved there was every probability it would turn violent.

They should direct their protest at the authorities as it was systemic "serious deficiecies" in the control of the Border by the Greek Government, which despite Gigs persistant lies and distortions to the contrary are Greece's responsibility, that made Greece such an attractive place to head for...an open back door to Europe, which we are now trying to bolt shut.

She has not explained in what respect the Belgians were deficient in their alleged role in controlling the Greek external EU border, as though that was causative of the Brussells Bombings...where as matters stand Frontex can only actively intervene on the ground at the request of a national government wanting help and only bring in people from other countries agencies by agreement with eg the Government of Greece. The question here is why did the Greek government not ask for help earlier but waited until after the inspections which found serious deficiencies, when they probably got a fucking big hint they had fucked up and should have used the facilitiy offered by Frontex to get help. My view on inspections is otherwise generally that if external inspectors find a problem, why had the people being inspected not found it first?

One thing this does however show... "g"IG lices in a lala land where nothing or nobody Greek can ever do anything wrong, even if it includes violence, indeed I think it shows she is sick in the head.
