From a quick scan of those who have 'friended' this company, those I know and many I do not, they would seem to be people in the north ?

If our side will ever give up and accept partition... which I don't see happening any time soon... it will not be the kind of partition that will make your minority an equal partner in an EU state... it will be the kind of partition where Turkey will return to us some land and in return we will give the TCs to Erdogan (or whomever the dictator might be) to do with them whatever he wants without the need for the Turkish government to pretend that TCs matter.

No, "Girne" is like you - ugly, "Kyrenia" has a beautiful exotic sound to it. They don't use the T word in describing the north so as not to be associated with the mainland's declining tourist fortunes, they would rather be associated with Cyprus's (without the "T") booming tourist industry.

by the way on the gc side of the wall in lefkosa there is a dabella and it says in gc girne is not for sale. what does this mean girne is not for sale. of course its not we aint buying or selling it.
